At Kineon UAE, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.

Return Conditions

• The return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
• Proof of purchase or the original order number is required.
• The product must be returned with all accessories, components, and original packaging.
• The returned product will be inspected before the refund is approved.

How to Return Your Product

You can return the product using either of the following options:

1. Warehouse Return: You may bring the product directly to our warehouse.
2. Return by Courier: You may arrange delivery of the product to our warehouse. All return shipping and courier charges must be paid by the customer.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will cover the product purchase price only. Original delivery charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
